Abstract

The USP purified water system required rigorous design in order to better understand the cost associated with the process. This cost was then compared to the cost associated with the pre assembled USP purified water system that was purposed for a drug manufacturing process design. The raw material requirements were unknown for the purposed system therefore they were determined with the rigorous design.
